Mike Kostrzewa has successfully led the marketing function for leading ag/food value-chain companies during his 35 year career. His expertise covers a broad range of industry segments – from leadership in consumer foods and lawn & garden to crop inputs and business services; from old-line companies in mature categories to biotechnology startups. Specific areas of expertise and accomplishment include:
- strategy development and implementation for the global enterprise, a geographic region, or a business unit;

- deep experience with seed, seed-borne traits, crop protection, biopesticides, lawn & garden, functional foods, consumer packaged goods and services;

- marketing planning – both strategic and tactical – including market assessment, situation analysis, competitive intelligence, marketing and sales initiatives, and support for field sales;
- branding – including brand architecture, brand/product management, market segmentation/positioning, integrated communications;
- business development focusing on partnerships and alliances, deal structure and terms, go-to-market models, multi-channel distribution systems.
