• Assisting a technology company in developing a strategy to commercialize biotechnology in the forestry industry. The work included identification of partners, facilitation of the negotiation and formation of a global joint venture between three companies.
• Facilitating a barter arrangement between a technology company and seed company that allowed both companies to receive the needed technologies without a prohibitory outflow of cash.
